Creating documentaries that address serious issues has always been a huge component of my work in video production. My early high school documentaries about the media's impact on young girls' body image and Brock Turner's sexual assault case helped spark my passion for creating content that makes a difference. In college, I learned more about media studies and how it can expose and challenge harmful media practices. Today, my work in video production allows me to use my skills to raise awareness and advocate for change in the way media portrays women.
